Improvements

Intention: Users from across the ecosystem can suggest how improvements can be made on a specific initiative. This is separate from blockers. The initiative does not need to be stopped for a suggestion to be made. Improvements are ways in which the initiative can be made better or progressed faster. 

Why is this important?

• Gathering input from individuals across the ecosystem ensures a diversity of perspectives and experiences. Different branches, units, and personnel may have unique insights into challenges and potential solutions. This diversity can lead to more comprehensive and innovative improvements.

• With input from various users, it becomes possible to identify areas where resources can be better allocated. Suggestions for improvements may highlight redundancies, inefficiencies, or opportunities to streamline processes, ultimately contributing to cost savings and optimized resource utilization.

How do I add an improvement?

• Navigate to the initiative and click on “Improvements” under the tab dropdown navigation

• Click on “+ Suggest An Improvement” on the right side of the screen

• Input the required information:

  • Name

  • Details

• Click “Save” and the Improvement will be added to the list of Improvements for that initiative

Who can see improvements?

• Improvements can be seen and added by any user in the ecosystem.
