Intention: Users from across the ecosystem can input how they utilized a specific initiative. Users can also view the use cases that they have submitted.
Video Tutorial
Why is this important?
Providing users with real-world examples and benefits of how the initiative can be used will allow for its value to be seen and understood - adding a real value to the project will attract users to see how it could potentially be used with their organization as well.
By demonstrating real applications, more users will be open to collaborations and partnerships.
Use cases also provide any hurdles or challenges that were overcome. This allows for users to potentially avoid encountering the same problems or open another gateway for collaboration if another team had the same issue.
How do I add a Use Case to an initiative?
Navigate to the initiative and click on “Use Cases” under the tab dropdown navigation
Click on “+ Create A Use Case” on the right side of the screen
Input the required information:
Name, Organization, Base
Start Date/ End Date
Details, Hurdles, Impact
Click “Save” and the Use Case will be added to the list of Use Cases for that initiative
