Resource Network- Create opportunity checklist

Identify the resources you have within your organization that you want to make available to initiatives.

• Examples- Software licenses, money, manpower hours, subject matter expertise, 3D printer etc

Navigate to Resources —> Opportunities from the left navigation

Any VISION manager can create an opportunity within VISION

• If you need manager access fill out this quick form for each manager requesting access.

Click Create Opportunity and add the fields below.

• Name of opportunity

• Description of opportunity

• Category- you can tag your specific opportunity by typing what category it falls under and hitting enter

• Identify the amount and unit of your resource

• Add date the resource expires

• If your resource is money identify if you have a minimum and maximum distribution amount

• Select the organization that has the resource

• Identify any optional criteria in order to refine the automated match making to needs

• Create opportunity
