Full-Text Search
Applies to: Web, iOS
Introducing search across five content types: Posts, Organizations, Events, Communities, Opportunities, and People. Per-type filters are available to scope results. Across content types, Posts rank above Events, Organizations, and other types by default

Smarter MC Links
Applies to: Web, iOS

Community Member Status
Applies to: Web, iOS
Member list views now segment by status:
active— accepted and engaged membersinvited— invite sent, not yet acceptedrequested— pending admin approval
A search field was added to the member list for direct lookup within a community, independent of status filter.
Messaging Improvements
Inline sub-comment expansion: Sub-comments render inline within the parent thread view; no longer requires navigation to a separate comment page
Auto-unfurl for media in messages: Photos, links, and GIFs shared via direct message now render as inline previews instead of requiring a click-through
UI Change
Notification indicators (messages, connection requests, general notifications) updated to a higher-contrast red-scale treatment for improved visibility
Bug Fixes
Deleted opportunities no longer persist in the Active Now column without a manual refresh
Users with a pending community join request no longer appear in the general (approved) members list
February 2026
Photo Editor
Applies to: Posts, Opportunities, Events
Rebuilt image handling for content creation, supporting up to 3 images per item.
Drag-to-reorder supported
Delete/replace no longer triggers save-state errors (previous editor had intermittent failures on replace)
Invite & Referral Expansion
Existing: personal referral link (Invite a Friend menu)
New: direct email invite
New: CSV bulk upload for community-scoped invitations

Link Previews
Applies to: Web, iOS
Pasting a URL into a post, event, opportunity, or comment now generates an automatic preview (title, image, description) via metadata scraping.
Constraints:
Max 1 preview per post
If a manual image is attached to the same post, the link preview is suppressed
Preview generation coverage: most articles, .gov domains, research repositories, and company sites. Coverage gaps are being resolved on an ongoing basis
Preview can be dismissed independently of removing the underlying link
